CX12

The Pulz CX12 loudspeaker is a versatile system that is designed for high quality distributed sound reinforcement or high performance stage monitoring. Using true point source coaxial technology, the CX12 features advanced components in flexible, multipurpose format that is suitable for either touring or fixed installations. The CX12 is a passive 2-Way loudspeaker containing a 1.5″ voice coil compression driver assembled in a coaxial configuration along with a 12″ low frequency driver providing a conical 90° dispersion.

Further advantages of the coaxial approach include: single point source radiation, total wave front coherency at all frequencies and superimposed LF/HF dispersion characteristics that are free of polar lobing effects typical of traditional horn and woofer combinations. The net result is natural, studio monitor level sound quality that is ideal for proximity use.

The new MVC (Multi Vent Convection) technology, allows the CX12 to handle its maximum power capacity in any working position.

High power touring, installed PA for clubs, A/V theatre, high quality and high SPL stage monitoring etc. are some of the field applications of the CX12. The design and additional mounting options for the CX12, provides this speaker a simple and easy installation. One can put it on the floor, install it on a stand, or fly it. As a main FOH (Front of House) the CX12 is meant for vocal applications, stage monitor or distributed sound. Combined with Pulz subwoofers, the CX12 allows to create compact and powerful systems suitable for all indoor and outdoor configurations.

The enclosure comprises a 45° side for stage monitor applications and includes two 35 mm built-in stand fittings as well as a steel bar handle and two wood integrated handles.
