Architectural Draughtsman/Drafter	Job Description
Qualification : Interior Design Diploma/Degree Experience : 3 years of related experience required. Freshers with the right attitude can apply. Location : Mumbai (Andheri)	The Architectural Draughtsman/Drafter will use an architect’s specifications to create detailed drawings for auditorium layouts. Required Skills/Abilities : Excellent problem-solving skills. Extensive knowledge of CAD software and other architectural drafting tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to access and navigate all areas of construction sites. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Duties/Responsibilities : Uses computer-aided drafting (CAD) software to create/work on full-scale and detailed designs of venues to embed sound systems, seats, lightings, acoustic treatments, HVAC, Screen, Mechinical riggings. Studies building codes and regulations and determines how they will affect architectural designs. Organizes structural, electrical, and mechanical designs. Draws plans for foundations, buildings, and structures based on instructions provided by engineers and architects. Visits job sites to gather data needed to complete designs. Determines the types of materials needed and calculates the quantity to be ordered. Working with an architect, generates costs estimates, contracts, and other documents required for individual projects. Performs other duties as assigned.

Location : Mumbai, but some times he may have to visit our factory at Palghar.	Duties/Responsibilities : Plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to produce high quality products. Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production. Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives. Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately. Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees. Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production. Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages. Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements. Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards. Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities. Provide training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals. Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes. Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
